‘Unlock Potential’ is a virtual career guidance workshop designed for children age 15 or year 10 upwards and their parents to help them identify their strengths, talents, passions, and the career pathways that are available to them. Every child needs to discover what they are interested in, passionate about and really good at. Being aware of our strengths really early in life equips us to identify and exploit suitable career opportunities in the workplace right from the start of our careers. Research shows that most people are not pursuing careers in their field of study or first degree. They tend to go back for further study to pursue careers in their area of strength, passion, and talent and this is mainly due to a limited awareness and understanding of the career opportunities and options available at the right time in life. This workshop offers children an opportunity to avoid this trend. Equip your child to start their career journey right very early in life.

Participants receive a personalised career path report, one-to-one career counselling from qualified career advisers and educational advice with online lifetime access to a tool that helps with their GCSE subject choice, A level subject choice , University choice and ultimately their choice of a career in the workplace. This will ensure that they are on the right path early enough to make the most of their career journey and excel in the workplace and beyond.
