“Understanding Us – The Symbis Couples Workshop” is a virtual workshop designed for any couple wishing to deepen their understanding of each other, using the SYMBIS assessment as a tool for connecting, learning and growing together. Our goal is to equip you with valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance your relationship and build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Every couple needs to discover and take advantage of their individual and collective strengths. Intimacy is built through understanding each other, creating a safe environment for each other, communicating, and accepting each other. This is an opportunity for couples to learn to work effectively as a team.

As an individual, you will have ample time to reflect on yourself and your spouse’s personality, your relationship dynamics including communication, conflict management, sexual intimacy etc. You will both will receive a report with tailored insights and couple activities throughout the session to help you discover and develop your unique strengths as a team.
